ABOUT the plan

Taking good care of our mental health and wellbeing has never been more important. This program will help you to develop your own Be Well Plan – your personalised wellbeing plan for both good as well as challenging times.

 

We all live unique lives, and what works for some, may not work for others. Throughout this program you will learn different exercises and strategies to build strong and positive levels of mental health and wellbeing. These exercises and strategies are based on the latest scientific evidence and get updated regularly.

 

Some of the exercises will work for you, some may not. You will like some of them, but maybe not all. Importantly, along the way you will get an idea of what works for YOU in YOUR daily life. We match them to your specific needs and at the end of the program you will have a booklet with exercises and strategies tailored just for you - your own Be Well Plan.

Well

Build strong and positive levels of mental health and wellbeing. Feel good and live your life to the fullest, learn how to use your strengths and cope in difficult and challenging times.

Build an individual strategy for mental health, wellbeing and resilience. A plan that is unique to you, using skills that will be effective in your life, matched to your unique values, resources and challenges.

Get started

Register your details and start the program with a free wellbeing measurement; an immediate online tailored report describing your current levels of wellbeing. 

The costs

During challenging times, it is important that we look after our own mental health and wellbeing, as well as after our family and friends and the wider community.

Therefore, we are offering our program at no cost for the next 6 months. You can access the free pre-recorded sessions anytime and work through the program at your own pace. That is our way of supporting the community.

You can also sign up for our interactive online facilitated sessions on a pay-as-you-want basis. The difference is that our facilitators will guide you through the sessions, explain relevant content and enable you to interact with others to get the most out of the program.

 

In return we ask you to contribute what you can spare, allowing us to continue our services and research, and free up future training slots for others just like yourself.

so Who is behind the be well plan?

The Be Well Plan was developed by researchers and mental health professionals from the SAHMRI Wellbeing and Resilience Centre and the Órama Institute at Flinders University in Adelaide, Australia.

The Wellbeing and Resilience Centre, located within the South Australian Health and Research Institute (SAHMRI), is a not-for-profit organisation with the core mission to build mental health and wellbeing in the community. We aim to equip people with skills to build positive mental health and help them grow through life’s challenges.
