The Be well plan train-the-trainer program

We are working towards a society where all people are equipped with skills to build their mental health and grow through life’s challenges. The Be Well Plan is one way we can help our community achieve this and our accredited trainers are at the centre of this mission.

We are therefore excited to announce that we have opened our official train-the-trainer program, allowing individuals and organisations to deliver the Be Well Plan themselves, helping us build the mental health and wellbeing of our loved ones. Keep reading to find out more.

You can become a trainer as part of an organisation or as an individual

We can upskill people in your organisation to deliver the training, allowing your organisation to build or expand its own in-house wellbeing training capacity.

We do this by using a rigorous Train-the-Trainer framework, where we work closely together with your people, so they master the training content and develop training delivery skills over a period of time. We summarised all the information you need in a downloadable PDF below.

I am interested in having accredited Be Well Plan trainers within in my organisation

So you are someone with a passion for mental health and wellbeing, who wants to help build the wellbeing of others. You may be a psychologist, a counsellor, a mental health practitioner, a wellbeing coach. Or maybe you are none of the above, but you do want to start teaching people around you in evidence-based psychological skills, so you can help other people flourish.

Our train-the-trainer process will help you discover whether you have what it takes to become an accredited trainer. We are looking

for people with good communication skills, who have a love of learning about psychological principles and interventions. People who think they feel comfortable facilitating small to medium-sized groups, both online and in-person.

We will teach you the in-and-out's behind the program, its background and its evidence-base. We help you develop, improve or touch up your facilitation skills. We also provide you with all the resources you need to deliver the training on your own. All of this is done in four steps that take place over the course of a couple of months. Still interested? Read more about the process here

I am an individual who wants to become an accredited Be Well Plan trainer, so I can deliver the training by myself.
